Golden Hour Collective
Inviting EY Toronto to relax in the summer sun after a year's hard work
Golden Hour Collective is EY Toronto's first summer social event since 2019. With a new Officer Managing Partner and brand refresh, 2025 was a year of change. Golden Hour Collective was a celebration of that and the kick-off for the year to come.
Working under EY Creative Studio, I was tasked with creating illustrations, designing wayfinding and laying out menus as my primary role.

Golden Hour Collective visual identity revolves around gradient backgrounds, leafy shadows and kinetic typography. Building off of EY's new spectrum gradients in their branding, Golden Hour Collective leans into this expansion to convey a beachy, fun and California summer feel.

Takeaways
Collaborating with printing houses and non-designers
As my first time relying 100% on printing houses for production and taking a internal client project, I learned a lot about planning timelines effectively and working under tight turnarounds!
Impact of creating atmospheric events with visual identities
The event and its intention was truly shaped by how to visuals, wayfinding and copywriting was presented to the audience–it was rewarding to be a part of a key moment of the summer at EY.
